Founding Years
S&S was founded in 2017 by Sam and Steve Barnes, who had a vision to provide reliable and efficient transportation solutions coupled alongside a reliable and dependant Workshop facility. Starting with a small fleet and a handful of dedicated employees, we began our journey by offering general haulage services, catering to the diverse needs of our clients.
Expansion and Diversification
As the years went by, our reputation for professionalism, reliability, and customer-centric approach led to significant growth. We expanded our services to include specialized solutions such as walking floor haulage for waste, bulker tipper haulage for ash and aggregates, low loader haulage for vehicles and plant, and more. This diversification allowed us to serve a wider range of industries and establish ourselves as a comprehensive transport partner.
Our workshop grew at the same time – with a new inspection pit and Brake rollers being installed, to other up to date brake roller tests for all vehicles and plant entering the workshop.
